Dee Brown News

Regular hours of operation have resumed at Dee Brown Library. However, our air conditioning unit is not sufficiently operational and must be replaced.

CALS has installed a temporary, portable cooling system at Dee Brown which will allow us to continue to operate regular hours until the new AC unit is installed. Unfortunately, we are unable to supply air conditioning to the meeting room with the temporary system,

Catalog Updates Scheduled for August 17

To better serve our patrons, on the morning of Friday, August 17, CALS will update the software that supports our catalog and allows patrons to log in to various digital libraries, such as Overdrive and Freegal. During the update some of our services will be unavailable and you may not be able to log in to your account in others.

Dee Brown Hours of Operation to Change Temporarily

Due to an unforeseen maintenance issue, CALS Dee Brown Library’s hours of operation will be Monday-Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., beginning Monday, August 6. Patron HOLDS will remain on the shelf 10 days instead of the normal 7 days to allow patrons additional time to pick up their items.
