Our Email Notices Get a Fresh New Look

We’re redesigning our email notices for your ease of reading and convenience of access.
On Monday August 10, we’ll begin using a new system to generate our email notices.
Our old notices included only information about which materials were about to be overdue, were overdue, or were ready for pickup. And in their text-heavy chunkiness, the old-style notices were a little lacking in zest and could be hard on the eyes.
Our new notices are snappier and easy to read. They also include direct links to your library account, reminders about upcoming events, social media buttons, and links to other useful online resources.
How to make sure you get the notices you need
To make sure you receive our email notices, please whitelist or add to your contacts the following email addresses: firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com.
If you whitelist these addresses, your email filters won’t accidentally stop these emails, so you will get a helpful notice when your holds have come in or when your materials are overdue.
Check to see if your email address is current
Not sure we have your current email address? Login to your account and check your email address in “My Settings.”
This link will connect you to your Dashboard once you log in. Then, click on your profile button at the top right to open a dropdown window that allows you to scroll down to “My Settings” at the bottom.
