Small Business Saturday Offers Festive Holiday Street Fest

Small Business Saturday is coming to the River Market and Library Square this weekend!

On Saturday, November 24, from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm, join the downtown street fest with gift vendors, local beer, local shops, Christmas karaoke, and kids’ holiday crafts.

At our Galleries at Library Square, you’ll find one-of-a-kind, handcrafted gifts from Arkansas artists, in all price ranges. Explore our beautifully curated assortment of jewelry, pottery, sculpture, and paintings of many styles. We’ll have cookies and beverages and artist David Paul Cook will be painting with watercolors in a live demo.

The Bookstore at Library Square will be offering an additional 10% off everything for the day! Check out our wide selection of deeply-discounted, gently-used books. And if you’ve never seen our quirky, literary, and bookish gifts, we have some fun surprises. When your dinosaur fan, math lover, or library groupie needs a special stocking gift, we have the coolest and brainiest novelty items plus great totes and t-shirts. From Edgar Allan Poe coasters to architecture and art mugs–from cactus lip balm and key chains to snarky political jokes on socks–we have all those wacky and personal gifts that make people smile.

The Bookstore will also have snacks and beverages on hand so you can shop at your leisure, browse some books for yourself, and then maybe grab a mimosa from our downtown partners and hit the karaoke.

It’s sure to be a fun excursion for the whole family, so bring everyone down for some relaxed shopping and merrymaking in downtown Little Rock.
