Sandra A. Gutierrez has been cooking and educating home cooks about Latin American cuisine for almost three decades. An acclaimed food journalist, cooking instructor, cookbook author, and recipe developer, she has presented at the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) and is a regular judge for the James Beard Awards. She has also taught classes nationwide at Williams-Sonoma, The Cook’s Warehouse, and Southern Season, among others. She is the author of five cookbooks, including The New Southern-Latino Table.
