Early Voting at CALS
Early voting is scheduled from February 17 through March 2, 2026. Several Central Arkansas Library System branch libraries will serve as early voting locations this year. They include:
- Hillary Rodham Clinton Children’s Library & Learning Center 4800 W. 10th St., Little Rock
- Dee Brown Library 6325 Baseline Rd., Little Rock
- John Gould Fletcher Library 823 N. Buchanan St., Little Rock
- Sidney S. McMath Library 2100 John Barrow Rd., Little Rock
- Adolphine Fletcher Terry Library 2015 Napa Valley Dr., Little Rock
- Roosevelt Thompson Library 38 Rahling Cr., Little Rock
- Sue Cowan Williams Library 1800 S. Chester St., Little Rock
Early Voting Times
Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm. Saturdays 10am – 4pm | No Sundays Early voting ends one hour earlier on the last day, March 2, at 5pm, and ONLY the Pulaski County Regional Building will be open. For complete election information in Pulaski County, please go to votepulaskiar.gov.
