Power of the Card / Library Card Sign Up Month
CALS, NLRPLS along with three other county libraries are working together to celebrate Library Card Sign Up Month in a big way. During September, anyone who stops by one of the participating businesses and presents their library card from CALS, North Little Rock Public Library System, Garland County Library, Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Library, or Saline County Library will receive a discount or special deal.
