CALS Presents ‘American Evangelicals’ Author on May 9

Little Rock, AR – The Central Arkansas Library System (CALS) welcomes critically acclaimed author Tim Alberta with his book, The Kingdom, the Power, and The Glory: American Evangelicals in an Age of Extremism on Thursday, May 9, at CALS Ron Robinson Theater, 100 River Market Ave. The program will begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by a signing; doors open at 5:30 p.m. This event is free and open to the public; registration is required at cals.org.

The award-winning journalist and staff writer for The Atlantic follows up his New York Times bestseller American Carnage with this timely, rigorously reported, and deeply personal examination of the divisions that threaten to destroy the American evangelical movement.
