CALS is proud to partner with Arkansas PBS to host the Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood Sweater Drive. This drive is a tribute to Fred Rogers and his example of being a caring neighbor. Those who have watched Mister Rogers may be familiar with his tradition of changing into a sweater and sneakers as the show started.

In June, the Millie Brooks Library celebrated its five-year anniversary as a branch of the Central Arkansas Library System. The library opened on June 1, 2013.
