Full-Time Positions
COMMUNITY RESOURCES MANAGER – Full-time (40 hour/week). The Central Arkansas Library System is seeking a compassionate and experienced Community Resources Manager to provide leadership and oversight for the Library’s community resources and outreach services. This position supports patrons experiencing life challenges, including homelessness, mental health concerns, and other vulnerable populations, by ensuring services are trauma-informed, equitable, and accessible. Responsibilities include supervising Community Resources Specialists and interns; developing and evaluating the program, building partnerships with community organizations and social service agencies, collecting and reporting program data, and serving as a subject matter expert in trauma-informed care. The Community Resources Manager also assists with assessing ADA compliance, collaborates with internal departments on accessibility initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree in social work. LCSW license required. Must have experience working with diverse and vulnerable populations, and demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience. Must be comfortable working with the public and communicating effectively with a wide variety of audiences. Reliable transportation required. Salary starts at $24.80 per hour annualized to $51,584 and includes excellent benefits such as medical, dental, vision, company paid retirement, life insurance, paid time off, paid parental leave, and holiday pay.
