CALS has partnered with Beanstack, an easy-to-use, mobile-friendly website which offers age-appropriate book recommendations for kids, teens, adults, and families, based on your interests and background. Summer@CALS participants may also track their reading and log their summer library activity to earn badges and entries into our weekly prize drawings.

When you register for Summer@CALS with the Beanstack app, you can choose to receive regular emails which include reader recommendations and updates on reading challenge progress. If you click the link in the email, you’ll have direct access to the CALS catalog where you can place an item on hold and pick it up at your favorite branch.
