About the book:
Daughters of Chaos is an epic, genre-bending historical novel about a Union spy in Civil War–era Nashville who discovers a secret society of “public women” spanning millennia. Praised by award-winning author Kevin Brockmeier as “a beautiful spinning knife of a story” and inspired by Aristophanes’ Lysistrata, this queer feminist fantasy weaves together “found” history, sapphic romance, and the earth-shaking power of the female.
