Covering over a decade in the lives of Tyson workers across several plants in Arkansas, the explosive exposé Life and Death of the American Worker: The Immigrants Taking on America’s Largest Meatpacking Company is not just a story of corporate greed and exploitation and of how the American justice system has failed these workers, it is the remarkable and inspiring tale of the sacrifice and resilience of the immigrants who prepare our food.
