Princess Gupton Arkansas Institute of Esthetics

For Princess Gupton, entrepreneurship wasn’t just a career move—it was a necessity. As a single mom, she wanted flexibility, freedom, and the ability to build a future on her own terms. That drive led her to create the Arkansas Institute of Esthetics (AIE)—a school designed to empower aspiring estheticians with the skills, education, and business knowledge needed to thrive in the beauty industry.

Her Mission:

Provide hands-on, career-focused training in esthetics; offer flexible class options, including night & Spanish-language courses; go beyond beauty—teaching students how to start and grow their own businesses; and create economic opportunities for underserved and minority communities.

Her Biggest Challenge?

Because AIE is a new school, it doesn’t yet qualify for financial aid, making it difficult for students in underserved communities to afford tuition while covering their living costs.

Why Rock It! Lab?

Princess saw a shared mission—supporting entrepreneurs who create lasting impact. She’s eager to refine her marketing and financial planning skills to expand AIE’s reach and help more students succeed.

Her Vision for Success:

Double her student enrollment in the next year; build a strong foundation for long-term growth; and empower more beauty professionals to launch their own businesses.

Princess isn’t just teaching esthetics—she’s building a legacy of financial independence, entrepreneurship, and community empowerment. Let’s celebrate her journey.
