MEAL SERVICES

Be Mighty Meal Services

Free meals for youth 18 and younger. Click here for all dates, times, and locations. 

Food For Good

Free shelf stable meals available for children 1-18 years. Click here for all dates, times, and locations. 

Food For Good (After School)

A nutritious meal for kids after school. Click here for all dates, times, and locations.

Find Food Support (Google Tool)

If you’re not sure where to find free food in your area, this Google tool knows! Enter your location and click the dots on the Food Map for directions. Follow this link to access the Find Food Support map.

SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)

For help applying for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, meeting with a SNAP Navigator at one of the following branches:

Children’s Library | Monday to Friday from 2:00-4:00 p.m. *by appointment*
Dee Brown Library | Tuesday & Wednesday from 2:45-3:45 p.m.
Fletcher Library |Mondays from 2:00-4:00 p.m.
Main Library | Monday to Friday from 10:00 – 5:00 p.m. *by appointment*
McMath Library | Tuesdays from 2:00-4:00 p.m.
Millie Brooks Library | Thursdays from 3:00-5:00 p.m.
Williams Library | Monday to Thursday from 11:00-1:00 p.m. *by appointment*

Looking for a new job can be overwhelming, but we’re here to help!

Set an appointment in the Job Seeker Center for one-on-one assistance:

Setting up a professional e-mail
Creating a resume
Writing a cover letter
Searching for and completing job applications
Preparing for an interview

If you’re in a pinch, stop by the desk for a period pack. They are free and we keep them on hand for anyone who needs it!

Meditation and Yoga

Provisional Library Card

Provisional Library Cards are for patrons experiencing unstable housing. This card will allow you to access the full catalog of CALS books, e-books, movies, databases, and more. Patrons with temporary addresses (such as a shelter or community center) may check out up to 5 items at a time. Patrons with no address may check out 1 item at a time.
