GRAB-and-GO Teen Craft: Watercolor Resist Holiday Cards

HANDMADE FOR THE HOLIDAYS

Don’t let the supply chain blues get you down.  Make this holiday season special by giving handmade cards and gifts.

In this free take-home craft, teens create their own watercolor holiday cards using the crayon resist method.  The card, envelope, watercolors, and white crayon are all included.

If you bring the finished card back to Thompson Library with the envelope addressed, we will add a stamp and mail it for you.

HANDMADE FOR THE HOLIDAYS

Don’t let the supply chain blues get you down.  Make this holiday season special by giving handmade cards and gifts.

In this free take-home program, teens:

  • learn how to make their own potpourri by dehydrating fruits, herbs, and spices
  • decorate a cloth giftbag using a DIY stamp
  • give a loved one the smells of the holidays with the pre-made potpourri

Program supplies are available for pick-up at Thompson Library starting December 9,
