Engaging Visuals with Canva: A Workshop for Educators
Learn to use Canva to easily create great-looking graphics, visual aids, and classroom materials. It’s free, web-based, and easy to use with social media. Plus, explore effective design techniques, and get in some practice!
In this class, you’ll learn to:
- start with pre-made designs to make something that looks great with minimal effort.
- get around in Canva’s interface and find the options you need.
- save your Canva designs and get copies to post, print, or share.
- use your own images in Canva to make your designs yours.

Educator Attendees are eligible for two hours of PD credit.
This is a hybrid technology class–it will be offered in-person in Technology Classroom A on the 3rd floor of the Main Library and online via a Zoom webinar. Registration is required!
