A Virtual Brain Break with Google Slides

Many students struggle to be mindful and manage their emotions. You can help them by creating a virtual Social Emotional Learning (SEL) brain break classroom with digital, focused attention, and non-digital activities. And it’s easy to do using Google Slides! This approach has been proven to have a positive impact on student performance, behavior, and overall well-being.

In this class, you’ll learn about using SEL choice boards:

  • how an SEL choice board can help your students
  • suggested activities to include in your board
  • how to integrate the board into your your class
  • and so much more!
