Tai Chi at Main
**Update: The May 20th class has been cancelled.** Tai Chi is a practice of slow gentle movements and physical postures, a meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing. Certified Tai Chi instructor Taylor Novay leads this weekly class every Saturday from March 11 through May 27th. Classes will be led by certified Tai Chi instructor, Taylor Novay. No special equipment is needed for this class and free 2-hour parking validation will be provided.
