The Experience of Owning a Small Business with Sara Hurst
In this program, the owner of Bella’s Kitchen, will be sharing her experiences with running a Small Business in Little Rock.
Speaker: Sara Hurst
About Bella’s Kitchen:
The idea for Bella’s Kitchen came up after Sara needed to start feeding her daughter Bella solids, and she could not find any fresh prepared baby-led feeding options. Sara’s family loves eating fresh, nutritious foods and when she couldn’t find anything else but highly processed purees at the store, she knew there had to be another solution. As a working mom, she knew how hard it is to have a home-cooked meal ready before baby’s bedtime. This is how Bella’s Kitchen started.
Now Bella’s Kitchen offers toddlers/big kids meals, lunchboxes and family-style meals. All meals are made with the highest quality ingredients, fresh produce, antibiotic and hormone free meats and organic whenever possible.
Sara Hurst is the Founder of Bella’s Kitchen, a direct-to-consumer children’s, and families’ meal prep company in Little Rock and a Senior Account Manager at First Orion, an Arkansas based technology company.
Sara received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Central Arkansas and spent nearly a decade in marketing and public relations prior to First Orion. She is fluent in Spanish, German, and basic French. She currently serves on both the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Auxiliary Board and The Centers Auxiliary Board.
*This event is a part of a monthly CALS Program where Small Business Owners from Little Rock can talk about their Small Business and share any tips or advice they might have for someone looking to start their own*
