Microsoft Word Part 1: The Basics

Microsoft Word is the world’s most popular writing and editing tool; so make the most of it! In this introductory class, you’ll learn all the basics you need to feel comfortable in Word.

In this session, you’ll learn how to:

  • do basic writing and editing tasks in Word
  • change the look and feel of your text
  • tweak the layout of your document
  • insert pictures and tables
  • And more!

This is a hybrid technology class–it will be offered in-person in Technology Classroom A on the 3rd floor of the Main Library and online via a Zoom webinar. Registration is required!
