One-on-One Tech Help

Stop by the branch for friendly one-on-one tech help with one of our Digital Literacy Guides. If you’re trying to get something done, you’re curious to learn a new technology skill, or you just need help with your phone, computer, or tablet, come on by!

Our Guides accept drop-ins, but you can also make a one-hour appointment during their scheduled visits by calling the branch. (The branch’s phone number appears on the right side of this page, or in the box just below this text.)

Some examples of common things Guides can help with:

• how to use devices (tablets, phones, computers)
• troubleshooting a device that isn’t working
• email assistance
• software help
• online applications

Attendee Info

If you need help with a specific device, please bring that device to your appointment. We can’t help with a device if you don’t have it with you! We also aren’t able to do home visits.
