Speaker: Eugene Richards
Author and photographer Eugene Richards will discuss his latest book, the day I was born, which tells the stories of six men and women living out their lives in the memory-laden Mississippi Delta of Arkansas.
Eugene Richards is photographer, writer, and filmmaker from Massachusetts who has documented social and cultural issues in America, including poverty, drug use, racial oppression and violence, and war. He has also turned his focus to the unique experience of life in the Arkansas Delta.
