Customer Communication with Mailchimp
Did you know about 80% of your marketing communications should engage with your clients—and only 20% should be promotional? Email marketing can get you more opens, clicks, and sales; but it can also help build a connection between you and your customers. In this session, we’ll show you how to use the mass email marketing service Mailchimp to boost your customer loyalty, get to know your clients better, and send the right messages at the right times.
In this class, you’ll learn how to use the great features of Mailchimp to:
- Manage your list of contacts
- Apply your branding and visual style to your email
- Create messages that look polished and professional
- Evaluate the effectiveness of your email campaigns
