CALS Goes Green with Vito and Vera

CALS Goes Green with Vito and Vera: Come learn about the environmental benefits of plant-based eating with Vito and Vera’s Chef and Owner, Alicia Watson. Alicia will be joined by Gilbert Barrera and Jan Wall. Let’s toast to our health and planet. Participants will learn how to make a plant-based cocktail or mocktail with Gilbert Barrera. Savory and sweet recipes will be provided using Arkansas strawberries. Participants will be encouraged to cook along from their homes with the help of a recipe kit stocked with ingredients to make Strawberry Jalapeno Salsa and Strawberry Pistachio Quinoa with Lemon Oregano Vinaigrette. Only 20 recipe kits available.
