Getting Started with Minecraft: Education Edition

Getting Started with Minecraft: Education Edition
Class Today, April 12th at 3pm, is Cancelled Due to Illness.

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Looking to shake things up a bit in your classroom? Join us to check out the basics of Minecraft: Education Edition. You’ll learn the controls (moving, placing, and breaking blocks), the game settings, and how to view student tutorials. We’ll also talk about teacher-specific blocks for full control of the lesson, how to search for content on already-established lessons, and how to use outcomes for assessments and reflections.

In this class, you’ll learn how to:

  • use gamification in the classroom to enhance learning
  • get around in the worlds of Minecraft
  • place blocks and break blocks
  • view student tutorials
  • And more!
