Covid tests available

While for many, the Covid-19 pandemic is in their rearview, there are still active cases being reported by the CDC – with over 14,000 new cases reported last week across the United States (Arkansas Department of Health has stopped tracking cases, but the CDC shows Arkansas as having low community levels). It is still a concern for some and proper testing remains important.

All CALS branches now have a collection of Covid Home Test Kits available free for the public to pick up.

• Two tests (one box) per individual or 6 tests (3 boxes) per household
• Please use curbside pickup if you are symptomatic
• Please call ahead to make sure tests are available at your branch

Tests will be available until supplies run out.

*As of April 12, 2023, the current 7-day average of weekly new cases (14,491) decreased 17.3% compared with the previous 7-day average (17,519). A total of 104,348,746 COVID-19 cases have been reported in the United States as of April 12, 2023.
