UPDATE (10/16/20 11:00AM)
In order to make it easier for people to submit absentee ballots, the City of Little Rock will be closing West Second Street from Broadway to South Spring Street. People may mail absentee ballots to the Clerk’s office, deliver them in person to the south side of the Pulaski County Courthouse, or have them returned by a designated bearer. There will be two tents set up on the south side of the courthouse, between Broadway and South Spring, where deputy clerks will accept ballots.

The closure on West Second will occur 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday next week and the following week. On Saturday, Oct. 24 and Saturday, Oct. 31, the road will be closed 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. On Nov. 2, the day before Election Day, the road will be closed 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
